Our Story

How TKL Infra began.

TKL Infra was founded with a single, unwavering belief: that every Mumbai family deserves a home they can be truly proud of. We started in Khar West — a neighbourhood we know intimately — and we have never strayed from the values that define us: quality, transparency, and care.

Our first project, Shivdham CHSL, set the tone. It was completed on schedule, with a full Occupancy Certificate, and delivered to families who had trusted us with their most significant investment. That trust is something we carry into every project we build.

Today, with two more projects underway — The Edge and TKL House — TKL Infra continues to grow without ever compromising on the principles that started it all.
